The Wellness Tourism Summit announced today its first virtual conference: Wellness Travel in a Changing World.

The five-hour programme on September 9, 2020, focuses on opportunities for the industry in the wake of Covid-19, with consumer insights from the Global Wellness Institute and tips for how to drive greater spend from domestic travellers.

Session topics include staying connected in a socially distant world, silver linings and mental well-being in a Covid-19 world, learning from global brands’ re-openings and how regions can capture more wellness travellers.

Speakers comprise a wide range of spa, wellness and hospitality experts such as Katherine Droga, chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Tourism Initiative; Zoe Wall, group director of spa for Asia at Minor Hotels; and Chris Mackey, clinical psychologist and presenter on Australian TV programme Destination Happiness.

Wellness Travel in a Changing World takes place from 9.30am to 2.30pm AEST on September 9, and registration is AU$75 per delegate. Click here to register.
