Susan Harmsworth, founder of ESPA
One of the world’s leading spa experts, Harmsworth brings an innovative, inspirational and forward-thinking approach to the luxury spa industry. She has devoted her professional life to spa and wellness since the age of 21, and created leading natural skincare line ESPA in 1993. A board member of the Global Wellness Summit, Harmsworth has also been honoured with an MBE in recognition of her services to the spa and beauty industry.
Jamie Waring, managing director wellness of the OCTAVE Institute
Having shifted from a career in finance to hospitality and wellness more than 25 years ago, Waring is passionate about well-being and human transformation. His experience includes serving as CEO of Eastern Europe for Holmes Place Group, COO of Apex Management, and managing director and COO of Six Senses Resorts & Spas. Currently, Waring leads cross-cultural teams across several divisions of the China-based OCTAVE Institute, whose businesses include the holistic mixed development Sangha Retreat.
