Tantalising the palates with aromatic creations, the menu highlights cold-brew red oolong tea with goat cheese and figs, apple blossom verbena with salmon and Guinness bread, herbaceous chamomile tea with buttermilk verrine, and red jade bergamot tea with milk chocolate chantilly and toasted hazelnuts. Of course, it's not complete without pairing it with your tea of choice—choosing from the tea purveyour’s masala chai, keemun rose and apple blossom verbena.
